David Griffith is a Consulting Engineer and Project Manager with an extensive background in design and manufacturing. Over the last 17 years, he has developed a close knit network of Chinese design and manufacturing associates and has learned to minimize and mitigate the special considerations and cultural issues that invariably cause problems when designing and manufacturing products in China.

- Design for Manufacturability — Using the principles of six sigma design, the client’s design is reviewed to ensure manufacturing capability and repeatability. The net result to the client is increased quality, reduced project cycle time and shorter time to market.
- Project Management — Clients are provided with hands-on management of their accounts. Timelines for deliverables and key milestones are closely monitored to ensure that delivery expectations are met.
- Establishing Supply Chains in China — Clients are introduced to a variety of suppliers to ensure the best fit for the client’s needs. Chemistry and karma are never overlooked in the client/supplier relationship — something that can be overlooked when matching needs to competencies.
